Our free check-in service allows you to request a regular 'check-in' via phone/email/text.
Sometimes we may feel lonely, isolated, or in need of an impartial ear, motivation/accountability or information, support or advice.
Nb. Please note these services should not be used if you are in crisis or in need of specialised support (please contact Emergency Services or Samaritans).
Our Coaching and Wellbeing Sessions are conducted online to make it accessible and convenient for individuals including those house-bound (with the occasional optional face to face sessions).
The Coaching sessions include facilitator-guided coaching, self-coaching and peer support to help you reach your wellness goals.
The Wellbeing Therapy sessions include emotional and wellbeing support, in informal and relaxed groups, exploring issues impacting wellbeing with tips and an option to 'check-in'.
If you you are in need of more personal assistance we offer 1-2-1 mentoring support, as well as Coaching/Counselling sessions (limited ).
